Account data (email, display name), membership and order records, votes, ideas and feature requests you submit, and optional public profile fields (name, headline, link).

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Individual votes are never published; only aggregate results. Private production content is visible only to eligible members and partners.

Product analytics never receive card data, private idea text or secrets. Events are limited to what we need to understand conversion and participation.

Financial and audit records are kept as required by law. You can remove your public profile, close your account, detach votes from your identity and export your data through separate flows.
