Refund Policy

If the epoch's published maximum waiting limit is exceeded (draft: no closed beta within nine months of the selection vote), you may request a full refund.

If a paid slot cannot be delivered because of a technical conflict, you receive an equivalent right or a full refund.

Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy.

Membership rights (votes, requests, private area, beta priority, profile) become inactive. Past poll results are not recalculated.

Whether the slot returns to sale is announced in advance for each epoch. A refund never re-prices other buyers.
