Terms of Sale

A one-time founder membership for one platform club (iOS or Mac), bought in a specific grid epoch and tied to a fixed slot on that epoch's 16×16 founder grid. The membership covers every app of that club: apps released before you joined, apps in production and all future apps.

Rights that start immediately: access to the detailed roadmap and production log, idea and feature requests, one vote in every open poll of your club, priority invitations to prototypes and closed betas when they exist, and a moderated public profile on your slot.

Each grid epoch guarantees at least one app. Whether further apps ship in the same epoch is decided by the operator. Membership is not equity, a share of company or app revenue, or an investment.

Members receive the member benefit of every app in their club, including apps released after they joined. The benefit type is set and versioned per app: permanent access to defined premium features, a member discount, or an offer code within App Store rules. Until an app's benefit type is decided it is shown as “to be announced”.

Release dates are estimates with confidence levels. Apps beyond the one guaranteed per epoch are at the operator's discretion. Planned apps are labelled as roadmap targets and are never shown as available products.

AI credits and other usage-based services (model calls, generation, tokens, third-party APIs, extra storage) are never included and are priced separately.

Every founder grid has 184 single (1×1), 9 double (2×2) and 4 triple (3×3) slots. Slots are never split or merged.

Every slot, regardless of size, grants exactly one membership. Each person has one vote per poll, even if they hold several slots across epochs.

The price is calculated on our server at quote time and locked into your order. Later price changes never create refunds or extra charges.

When you start checkout, your slot and price are held for 40 minutes; the Stripe Checkout session lasts 30 minutes. Your membership is activated only after the payment is verified by our server.

If a payment succeeds but the slot cannot be delivered, the order is escalated to operations for an equivalent right or a full refund.

Before an epoch goes on sale we publish its last selection date, update cadence and maximum waiting limit. Draft: if no closed beta opens within nine months of the selection vote, you may request a full refund.
