Block prices drop 0.1 for every 10% sold. At each step from ×1.9 to ×1.1 one unsold 2×2 splits into singles, and at ×1.8, ×1.6, ×1.4 and ×1.2 one unsold 3×3 too. Waiting for a lower price can mean the block is gone. No countdowns, no fake scarcity.

The fine print
- Price is fixed at reservation and never re-priced — later steps don't refund earlier buyers.
- Block multiplier today: ×2.0, falling 0.1 per 10% sold, with no floor.
- At each step from ×1.9 to ×1.1 one unsold 2×2 splits into four singles; at ×1.8, ×1.6, ×1.4 and ×1.2 one unsold 3×3 splits into nine (outside in, the centre 2×2 last). Sold and reserved blocks never split.
- This grid guarantees one app. If its closed beta does not open within 9 months of the selection vote, you can request a full refund.
- Your membership unlocks only after the payment provider confirms — never from a redirect page.
