What this grid is deciding

Nothing is released yet. Founders vote on which candidate gets built first. If the grid sells out or its sale ends earlier, the vote closes within 3 days at the latest.

Part of every square pays the developers who build this club's apps, and keeps paying them as the club grows.

Our team builds these for the club outside the grids. Every founder gets them, whichever grid they join in; they take no share of grid sales.

The fine print

  • Price is fixed at reservation and never re-priced — later steps don't refund earlier buyers.
  • Block multiplier today: ×1.2, rising 0.1 per 10% sold up to ×2.0.
  • At each 10% step one unsold 2×2 splits into four singles; at ×1.4, ×1.6, ×1.8 and ×2.0 one unsold 3×3 splits into nine (outside in, the centre 2×2 last). Sold and reserved blocks never split.
  • Your membership unlocks only after the payment provider confirms — never from a redirect page.
